Our planning application is almost ready to go in.  It has been a major task to put it together but we are nearly there.

We are waiting for the contract to purchase the land to be finalised with solicitors.  We hope to have the final contract content agreed by the Hub Board very shortly.  We will then exchange contracts and pay our deposit of £2,250.
